Unfortunately, Due to the peculiar Classic Club points system, ( Drop the points for, worst 4 races ) Alan becomes first of the losers , finishing 2nd. Can you see this system being adopted in Moto Gp, or F1? Alan ventured out in 1 race meeting, at Aintree, being totally dominant, winning all races competed in!

The Bob Mac meeting , East Fortune. Fantastic hospitality, and a very smoothly run meeting! Well worth a visit for any budding racer! Alan rode both the 500cc Craven Manx and 350cc Craven Honda. Taking both 500cc and 350cc. Overall race wins. Including a new 350cc lap record! Giving him, the Bob Mac Trophies, for 500cc and 350cc!
